I have been a management consultant, senior executive, public company board member, academic, parent and husband and tap all areas of my experience to bring value to clients. Our discussions can range from delving deeply into where you find fulfillment and joy to reviewing a board presentation or approach to a job interview and all areas in between.
About Ariel
After 30 years of building global businesses and investing in growing leaders, I am now focused full-time on helping clients across life stages live the life they want to live. I work with senior executives, mid-career professionals, and young career-starters to identify what will drive a fulfilling career and life and how to achieve it. Ensuring that clients can bring all the skills necessary to achieve success is my focus. I named my firm Three Peaks because we work together on scaling and reaching the peaks of life on a professional, personal and family basis.
My Approach
Trained in various coaching methodologies in my corporate career and including as a certified Co-Active Coach, I bring a breadth of approaches to client needs. Initially, we identify values and a life purpose and then work consistently to build and strengthen CLIENT capabilities that you can call upon beyond our coaching relationship. The goals are always defined by you and we work together to achieve them. While we may focus on very specific goals, these are always in service of the broader objective of helping clients live the life they want to live.
